Those 'barmy' prankster's at Panorama could be having a go at the Health and Safety Executive tonight. Unfortunately I have to wait an hour or so before I see it, but in the meantime in case they come all 'Daily Mail' on us here is the truth.
But still play parks close and no football no games go up all over the place, no bike riding no walking dogs, still parks are controlled to stop you doing things which I did as a kid. it's a controlled culture now, because control means spending less.
